Shipping Policy

All orders processed between 5-7 business days for in-house items. This does not include made-to-order items that are currently not in stock, that will take 2-5 weeks depending on the order. 

Please expect some potential delays due to high volume of orders during the holidays, or other factors which may be outside our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aurora New York is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All Aurora New York fine jewelry sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure of your size or have questions about our pieces before purchasing, our team is available via email to help guide you in the right direction!


However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect we’re happy to repair or replace it for you! Please email within 14 days of delivery if this is the case. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
